Mr. William Holtzman is a senior accountant at Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) within the Directorate of Resource Management, Finance and Accounting Division. He is currently the Program Manager for the USACE Civil Works and Military Chief Financial Acts (CFO) audits presiding over sixteen consecutive “clean” opinions. In addition to Mr. Holtzman's success with the Civil Works audits, he has obtained various Military “clean” opinions starting in FY2017 with the Defense Logistics Agency. With over 41 years of federal government accounting experience, mainly within the Department of Army, he has assisted the Department of Army and numerous other Department of Defense agencies with their audit readiness efforts to include the Office of the Secretary of Defense Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness office.
