Mr. Von Carroll is a Financial Management Analyst with over 24 years of Army/DoD financial management experience. He currently serves with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller within the Army Budget Office as the Government Project and Functional Lead for the Resource Manager’s Workspace. Prior to joining the Army Budget Office, Mr. Carroll was the Chief of Execution and Funds Control for the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Additionally, as a DoD and Department of the Army civilian, he served in various positions in the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), FORSCOM, IMCOM, and the United States Forces – Iraq supporting financial operations and budgeting. Mr. Carroll also served in the US Army Finance and Comptroller Corps for four years at Fort Liberty, NC.
