Mr. Stewart serves as the Innovation Lead for the Comptroller, Budget Submitting Office - 52 (BSO 52) which includes Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). He oversees the development of Comptroller Enterprise capabilities, including Business Intelligence (BI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and N8E’s Innovation knowledge management. He successfully implemented BI driven data cleansing bots and BI dashboards in preparation for BSO-52’s impending migration to Navy ERP.

Previously, Mr. Stewart served as the RPA Program Lead for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller).

Before his civilian tenure with the Navy, Mr. Stewart held several private sector positions, including senior auditor with the public accounting firm Ernst & Young. He earned a B.A. in accountancy from the University of San Diego and is the recipient of the Meritorious Civilian Service Award (MCSA) Medal.
