Mr. Michael Chase Levinson is the Chief of Modern Delivery within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller (OASA(FM&C)). As branch chief, he oversees programs that introduce modern capabilities for the financial management community, like robotics process automation (RPA), data quality / monitoring programs, and the implementation of data platforms. Mr. Levinson also serves as the functional data manager for the financial management domain, with responsibility for setting data standards and protecting sensitive financial data.

Mr. Levinson holds a MA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a BSc in Economics from the University of South Carolina. He is the 2022 winner of the Army’s Pace Award, an annual award given to one Army civilian for transforming how Army operates.
