Mr. Jonathan McCrillis

Deputy Assistance Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE)
Mr. Jonathan McCrillis serves as Chief of the Special Studies and Analysis Division in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE), where he has worked for 12 years. In his current position, Mr. McCrillis is responsible for leading DASA-CE’s legacy Defense Business Systems modernization effort, overseeing ASA(FM&C)’s Business Process Reengineering program, and executing cost data engineering and analysis projects in support of DASA-CE and various HQDA organizations.
Mr. McCrillis has 24 years of combined work experience with the United States Marine Corps, Department of the Army, Transportation, Energy, and Veterans Affairs. He began his Army career as a CP-11 Intern in 2008. During his internship, Mr. McCrillis was assigned to CIO/ G-6 as a financial management analyst and gained career broadening experience via a rotation with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
Mr. McCrillis has earned his Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III/Advanced certification in Business – Cost Estimating, a B.A. in Business Management from St. Leo University, a M.S. in Finance from California Lutheran University, and a M.S. in Cost Estimating and Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
