Mr. Jeff Skowera is the PPBE Chief at the Cooperative Threat Reduction Directorate, Defense Thread Reduction Agency. He has 13+ years of program and financial management experience across private industry and the U.S. government. At the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, he has held roles in the Research and Development Directorate, Strategic Integration Directorate and the Cooperative Threat Reduction Directorate. In his current role, Mr. Skowera supports the Cooperative Threat Reduction Directorate front office by advising on budget formulation, budget execution, and audit oversight. He develops tools for use across the directorate that improve the efficiency of program and financial management and interface with agency level programs.
