Mr. Chris L. Reynolds is currently serving as the Director of the Process Management and Compliance Directorate within the United States Army Financial Management Command, effective September 29, 2019. Prior to this assignment he served as the Division Chief, Business Process Standardization. He has honorably served 28 years in the United States Army where he gained in-depth experience and progressive responsibility in command and staff positions in the Army and the Joint Force. He has served in every non-commissioned officer leadership position from Squad Leader to Nominative Command Sergeant Major and is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 56).
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from Trinity College and University and is pursuing his Master of Business Administration from Phoenix University. He is a Certified Defense Financial Manager – Acquisition, DOD Financial Management Certification Level 3 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He’s a member of the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA), American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), and the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Club.
Mr. Reynolds’ operational deployments include Operations Desert Storm - Saudi Arabia, Operation Iraqi Freedom – Iraq, Operation Enduring Freedom - Afghanistan and Operation New Dawn - Kuwait. He also deployed in support of Joint Task Force – Bravo, Honduras.
Mr. Reynolds is a recipient of the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, Achievement Medal for Civilian Service, Finance Corps Distinguished Member of the Regiment Medallion and the Adjutant General Corps Horatio Gates Bronze Medal.
