Ms. Carrie Meza
Deputy Director, Financial Management Data and Digital Transformation

Ms. Carrie Meza has 25 years of experience in budget, program management and execution of defense programs. She has worked across echelons to familiarize herself with Navy programming complexities. Ms. Meza is currently the Deputy Director of the Financial Management Data and Digital Transformation (FMDDT) program, managing the digital transformation efforts for the Financial Management community.
Prior to that, Ms. Meza established the OPNAV N4 Strategy and Budget Integration Division (N4I), which produced the Navy’s first Logistics Strategy as well as the first Navy Logistics War Game series.
Ms. Meza’s operational experience was gained as the Deputy Director for the Resources and Requirements Directorate of the Commander, Naval Forces Europe, Commander, Naval Forces Africa, Commander, SIXTH Fleet staff (CNE-CNA-C6F).
